identecoHR (formerly DART HR) was created in 2002 by a savvy group of HR, payroll & software development specialists to provide an affordable, straightforward and manageable solution to SMEs as they navigate the tricky business of HR. Following the success of identecoHR and our understanding of the some of challenges that businesses were up against in respect to people and time management, our team developed identecoT&A – an intuitive clocking-in system that will reduce workloads, increase productivity and fully integrate with payroll functions.

Our combined knowledge and experience in people management have enabled us to design and develop simple, affordable and powerful HR solutions for UK SMEs. Our Toolkits are responsive to legislation changes and specific requirements from our clients as their business develops and grows.

Our software is continually evolving with regular enhancements as well as being responsive to legislation changes to keep the product relevant and ahead of our competitors.
