This software solution is available alongside the identecoHR T&A system or separately. This system enables a detailed record of valuable assets providing location, owner, movements, adjustments and disposals to ensure track and trace capabilities for site, location or staff issued equipment.

This can be used for any assets whether portable devices and equipment or static furniture and appliances. Asset control is typically carried out through manual or spreadsheet systems creating error strewn or incomplete record data that can lead to equipment loss or unplanned write-offs. Use this register for accounting records for depreciation as well as for staff allocation and location tracking.

State of repair, damage or records of expense and repairs can be added at any time. Photographs showing location and status can be amended as required – all under strict role based permissions and authority.

A full report of all assets can be made available for accounting, audit or control purposes.
